SDC Candidate Bios

2008 SDC Candidates for the Library Statistics Working Group (LSWG).  Five SDCs will serve 3 year staggered terms on the new IMLS LSWG.  SDCs will be elected at the annual SDC conference. This year there are 2 positions available with terms expiring December 2011. 

 

The following SDCs are candidates for this year's election,  December 4, 2008:

 

Hulen Bivens, Alabama

Frank Nelson, Idaho (pdf)

Edythe “Edie” Huffman, Indiana

Peter Haxton, Kansas

Alka Bhatnagar, New Jersey

Rob Geiszler, Vermont

 

 

The following SDCs will continue to serve as elected SDCs on the new IMLS LSWG:

 

Dianne Carty, Massachusetts (term expires 12/09)

Timothy Owens, North Carolina (term expires 12/09)

Ira Bray, California (term expires 12/10)

 

 

 

Congratulations to Hulen Bivens and Frank Nelson on winning the election to serve on the Library Statistics Working Group. 

Frank and Hulen will serve until December 2011.
